1. WHERE ARE YOUR PRODUCTS CREATED & SHIPPED?

Designs originate from the USA, Houston Texas to be exact. All apparel and products are made in California or Europe, specifically, Riga Latvia, depending on the cut, color and USA availability.  Bags are shipped from either Canada or domestically.

 

2. WHEN WILL MY SHIPMENT ARRIVE?

It takes 2–7 business days to create apparel products. Our average shipping time is 4 business days depending on the order's destination. Due to COVID-19, there's more demand with less staff so please be patient with our team as we work to get you the best shopping experience we can provide at this time. 

Be sure to sign up to the newsletter to receive 15% off your first order. We've increased the discount from 10% to 15% for the entire year due to COVID-19. Check your email after you sign up for the discount code.

 

3. WHO CREATES THE DESIGNS ON YOUR PRODUCTS.

We have two artists on our team who creates the designs and slogans on all products. Let us know your favorite. They like to compete with one another. 

 

4. HOW DO YOUR PRODUCTS FIT?

Products are true to size however, be sure to read individual product descriptions.

 

5. I SIGNED UP FOR THE NEWSLETTER. WHERE'S MY DISCOUNT CODE?

Check your email after you sign up for the discount code. Some emails are more sensitive than others so be sure to check your spam folder if you do not see it in your Inbox.

 

6. I DID NOT RECEIVE MY ORDER BUT IT SAYS IT WAS DELIVERED. 

Check your delivery address to make sure was correct. If no luck with the apartment, neighbors or boyfriend/girlfriend, email Jake at support@bagsplussome.com. Bags Plus Some are not liable for lost or stolen packages once they've left our fulfillment center however, we will do what we can to help you track down your package.

8. ARE YOU HIRING?

We're pretty full right now BUT we will look for support during the holiday's so check back at the end of fall!
